International Payments
The best method of international payment is Wise, but we can discuss other payment options if desired.
Client assumes cost of any international bank transfer fees.
24 hour cancellation policy
Booked hours are subject to a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations or changes given with less than 24 hours notice, or any no shows, are chargeable at the full amount.
Offline work
Work requested to be performed outside calls (e.g., reading essay drafts and additional course research) is billed at the same rate as the calls themselves. Where possible, every effort will be made to agree the scope and duration of such offline work ahead of time.

This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be decided by the Courts of England and Wales.
